First Session: The Initial Assessment
During this visit, your dietitian will evaluate your goals, food preferences, lifestyle, medical history, laboratory values, and more.
Choose between two assessments: with or without a meal/menu plan. If unsure, start with the initial assessment; meal plan questions can be discussed in later sessions.
Initial Assessment
1 hour – $140
During the assessment, your dietitian will evaluate your needs and offer personalized recommendations. It’s important to note that meal planning will not be included in this session. If you’re interested in a detailed plan or more in-depth guidance, you can schedule a follow-up session with the dietitian.
The nutritionist will need 10 minutes alone at the end of the session to complete notes and any other materials/plans for you. You will be with your nutritionist for a total of 50 minutes.
Follow-Up Consultations
Follow-ups are essential for adapting your diet, preventing deficiencies, and addressing your mindset around food. Discuss your progress with the dietitian and receive additional teaching material as needed during these sessions.
